At For the Overlooked, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email neutralcanvasc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once submitted.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or there is an issue with your tracking information, please contact us. We will do our best to investigate the issue and help determine the appropriate next steps.
